We strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below:
🔁 Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as customized products, personal care items, or items on sale may not be eligible for return.
Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to the provided return address.
💰 Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the return policy will apply.
