Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below:

🔁 Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items such as customized products, personal care items, or items on sale may not be eligible for return.

  • Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to the provided return address.

💰 Refund Policy

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a full refund will be provided.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the return policy will apply.
